    The Ascentis L1 award in Mental Health and Wellbeing introduces learners to understand the terms Mental Health and Wellbeing and the different types of conditions and the support available. Learn new ways to create pieces of art, find focus and lose yourself in a world of creation.    Additional Information: This session is part of our Positive Minds programme so to make sure the course is right for you, we would like to speak to you first. You can complete a booking request online or contact us on 01254 507720 and let us know which course you are interested in. Once you have expressed an interest in the course, you will receive a confirmation email following which a member of the team will contact you to arrange a brief appointment via phone. This helps us check if the Positive Minds courses are right for you and helps to assess what impact the course has on your mood and wellbeing. There isn't an assessment; however we will ask you to complete a Mood and Wellbeing Questionnaire when we first meet you and at regular intervals throughout the course. **Please note this course is exempt from our current booking policy and will close to registrations up to 7 days ahead of the start date**
