Service Description
Are you interested in gaining a greater understanding of Autism? Do you want to increase your awareness of the signs and symptoms and where to seek further support? If so, why not attend one of out introduction sessions and find out more? The content of this course is as follows: Course Aim To encourage parents/carers to develop strategies to support and assist children with Autism By the end of the session you will be able to: 1. Identify the characteristics of Autism 2. List 3 practical steps to take to support children with Autism 3. Explore 3 strategies to promote effective communication with Autistic children Additional Information: You will receive a reminder prior to the event.
