Service Description
One in four people in the UK will experience at least one diagnosable mental health issue in any one year (Health & Social Care Information Centre, 2009). Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the mental health equivalent of physical first aid. MHFA Champions have the knowledge to advocate for mental health and ability to recognise if someone may need support with their mental health. In this course, you can become a trained Mental Health First Aid Champions to promote a greater understanding of mental health and help build a mentally healthy workplace.
