Taking time to stop and observe nature can be helpful in improving our wellbeing. Our walking photography course will not only show you ways to take better photographs but also how taking a moment in nature can give us a different perspective. Using the Five Ways to Wellbeing to help us feel more connected to the world around us while taking time to pause and focus. Meeting Point: Bank Top Neighbourhood Learning Centre, Arthur Way, Blackburn BB2 1QP Additional Information: This session is part of our Positive Minds programme so to make sure the course is right for you we like to meet you first. You can complete a booking request or contact us on 01254 507720 and let us know which course you are interested in and we will arrange an appointment for you. There isn't an assessment; however we will ask you to complete a Mood and Wellbeing Questionnaire when we first meet you and at regular intervals throughout the course. This helps us check if the Positive Minds courses are right for you and helps to assess what impact the course has on your mood and wellbeing. Once expressed an interest in the course, you will receive a confirmation email following which a member of the team will contact you to arrange a brief appointment via phone or Skype. Please note this course is exempt from our current booking policy and will close to registrations up to 7 days ahead of the start date.
