149- Level 1 Food Safety for Catering

Service Description

This one-day accredited Level 1 course covers food safety and hygiene skills required by anyone who handles food or drink as part of their work or volunteering role. The course is suitable for learners who have previously completed their Food Safety Basics and are interested in improving their understanding of food safety in the home and workplace environments.
