Service Description
The Level 2 Health and Social Care course is designed as a progression opportunity from Level 1 Health and Social Care course enabling you to build on your skills, knowledge and experience gained and study key topics like safeguarding and dementia. It is also suitable for people who have experience in the social care sector and want to achieve a qualification in Health and Social Care. As part of the course there are 2 full day placements in the adult social care sector and enrichment activities to give you an insight of roles and working practices in Health and Social Care thus supporting you in your career pathway. Skills required: Must have English language skills at Level 1 or higher to be able to complete this course.
