016 Halloween Cake Decorating

Service Description

This is a family learning session. Come along and participate in some spooky cake decorating. During this session you will work together as a family to decorate sweet treats. Please note this is not a play session and parents/carers are responsible for their children at all times. All materials will be provided during the session. Additional Information: - You will receive a reminder prior to the event - If you have any questions before the event, please email adultlearning@blackburn.gov.uk Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may result in participants not being able to enter the session
